the_guy545 no, it's the remains of the High Imperium sir. In fact, at the fall of the High Imperium, Chorus Vidachos was born, but they did not attack us.
They seem to be sleeping IA and think their Empire is still alive, and since we must be on their land, they took us as invaders. So there are 2 solutions:

1: We tell them that the High Imperium is dead, we give them evidence, they understand then that we are not enemies and we make peace to become the best friends of the galaxy.
2: Surviving AIs are killed and somehow killed.

In addition, I propose to come to an old formerly rehabilitated base that we wanted abandoned, but given what has just happened, I propose to put your base interim here.
I will give you the coordinates of the base since 1K75M956 (the name of the planet of rendezvous)

UPDATE

Added enemies of the UG.

It's not a lot, which is good, but the bad news is that they are very powerful enemies, not just some small warlord gang or small faction no one really cares about. (Also, this thread is getting very, very close to the max post limit, which is a new record for me, I guess.)

SMALL UPDATE

Changed the system

I reworked the system of the UG, as we are an organization made up of councils, not just one leader. Though, technically, the Secretary-General is the leader of the United Nations back in the Milky Way, so I am also. The United Galaxies system is based on the United Nations System, a system used by the UN that divides different branches.

Here's Wikipedia's explanation: The United Nations System consists of the United Nations, and the six principal organs of the United Nations: the General Assembly, Security Council, Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), Trusteeship Council, International Court of Justice (ICJ), and the UN Secretariat,specialized agencies, and affiliated organizations.
