Can anyone reproduce this crash?

I keep getting automated crash reports for this one crash, but I don't know how to reproduce it.

The crash happens in some circumstances (which I'm trying to determine) after seeing this message and pressing the Cancel button:

Well, I figured out how to reproduce the crash, with a sequence of steps so peculiar I don't know how so many people did it:

Walt There's a possibility there are multiple ways to get that crash.

i did it and it crash the game and i cant get it to work now HELP
