Primal hunters are so dangerous to most ships since ship designers apparently have a tendency to disregard outer armor for weaponry and usually not care about any kind internal armor unless the ship basically consists of it, so if the Primal hunter is effective or not depends on the ship design. What is bothering me is ships with mass-shielding, however that´s not limited to the AAAs´.

...and it´s not "any" ship, more likely any ship in the SW universe and ships similar to them. Since SW lacks factions that are technologically far more advanced than the average galaxy.
An example would be the Dimensional Collective , most likely the IOK and it´s relatives, aswell as the Lordly Kin (TATC/TMD). I´m not saying they are immune to it´s effects, just that it´s most likely they´d find a defensive mechanism against it.
