After the fall of the Emperor, the Galactic Empire broke apart into many factions. One of those included "Thrawn's Empire," a relatively powerful faction, with around 1/3 of the old Empire's space. After a few years, many deals started to go through the new Empire, deals about backstabbing Thrawn and his Empire. A couple years later, one of Thrawn's most trusted Vice-Admirals, Lerolin, declared his independence. After him came several others, Supreme Commander @QuantumRK , and Admiral @thebuilder . The Builder joined Lerolin and helped found a new regime, one to rule as the old Empire did. The new empire's name is The Imperial Remnant, one day hoping to re-form the Old Empire. Unfortunately, Quantum did not join Lerolin, and instead, created the "Solar Eclipse". Although the Solar Eclipse and the Imperial Remnant are not the same Empire, they are allies currently. This is what happened to help form the Imperial Remnant.
