they are sending landing craft down to the planet surface, presumably to invade the city.
the landing craft are being escorted by the fighters.

you are gonna need to watch out for their flak cannons, that area is a deathtrap if you fly lower than 8000 km.
they have shields too, may our bombers rest well...

In the base, about a quarter of the Staff all begin shooting the other staff. Similar stories are happening on larger enemy Ships. The Shyena guild are unfortunately quite good at hiding swathes of agents in enemy lines.
