Offworld Army
The Offworld first made its actual army after about 5 generations counting from the Ancestors, mostly with the children of Second. Nowadays, its army is medium-sized and is in perfect condition due to constant need to purge extremely aggressive native fauna from the planet. Soldiers are equipped with weapons adept at close-medium range. The Army rewards soldiers by giving special Tokens of the Army that can be redeemed for MREs, weapons and other objects that the soldier's rank allows to have. Completing a harder mission earns the soldier a new rank and a medal.
Ranks:
Grunt: basic fresh recruit. Equipped with a simple reusable kinetic pistol (firearm), 2 magazines of 6 bullets and a bronze combat knife.
Elite Grunt: soldier that saw and probably won a battle. Equipped with three of the following: 1x gunspear "Ranger" (long, reloadable 4-shot weapon with a bayonet, uses same pistol rounds), 1x reloadable pistol, 2x unreloadable pistol (has 3 deployable blades along its hull that automatically spring out when ammunition runs out, allowing to throw the gun), 2x throwing blades (utilize rings instead of handles for quick grabbing of new blades), 1x combat knife.
Lower Officer: commands small squads of Grunts and Elites. Equipped with rifle "Marksman" (5 shots, greater range, damage, and accuracy than pistols) and improved pistol (10 rounds, waterproof, can equip attachments purchasable for Tokens)
Officer: can command greater squads and embark on a simple mission. Equipped with "Marksman" or "Chopper": an alloy sword with a guard, as well as the same improved pistol. Has access to specialized kinetic rounds or "blade liquids": special poisons dedicated to give additional lethality to the Chopper.
Higher Officer: can embark on a medium mission. Has access to burst-fire, higher capacity version of Marksman and a Bulwark alloy shield to accompany the Chopper.
Colonel: can command large squads and embark on harder missions. Equipped with a mag-accelerator that can launch any mentioned blade with great force or a full-auto Marksman edition with even greater capacity.
General: can command platoons of soldiers with multiple squads inside one. Equipped with either a tri-barrel handheld heavy machine gun "Suppressor" that uses magnets to reduce own weight or an automatic Photonium laser caster.
Marshal: highest unit, can command Generals. Equipped with either a hardlight cannon "Excider" that launches massive, fist-sized hardlight chunks at near-light speeds, turning anything in 20 meter range into a paste or a continuous Photonium gun that can melt concrete in mere seconds (and can fire with one battery for about two full seconds)
Special ranks:
Utility: field engineers, medics, etc. Equipped with a special downscaled reloadable pistol for dual-wielding and their respective tools for melee weapons.
Assassins: self-explanatory. Armed with either a silenced pistol and a throwing blade or a sword, decoy grenade and a deployable masking kit for both variants (an amount of material that can be shaped as the assassin wishes and automatically colour itself when presented with another object. Can be used as a hiding box.)
Elite Assassins: for assassinating very important and well-guarded targets. Armed with a silenced pistol, a sword, a decoy grenade, a flashbang and a hardlight shield: forms a sphere around the user at will. Sphere maintains its shape under 1 tonne of weight applied to one spot, automatically collapses when more is applied. Has a duration of one minute, redirects applied force in the opposite direction of the hit.
Glitchers Division (under Hexer's command): a finally successful iteration of mass-produced androids based on Hexer himself. Equipped with special radiowave and EMP emitters tuned to frequencies made to resonate with neon lights commonly used in spaceships or sabotage electrics. Utilize microjump tech that is mostly harmless to them, but cannot operate more complex weaponry like Artifacts and instead use basic knives, swords and guns.
Every soldier except Glitchers is given a special Rug of Honor for every rank they earn. These Rugs are small patches of fabric, 10 cm long and 5 cm wide, woven from extremely thin metal wire: bronze for Grunts and elite Grunts, 2x bronze for lower Officers, gold for Officers and Highers, 2x platinum for Colonels, 2x steel for Generals and Marshals. These Rugs can be worn anywhere on the clothes where the soldier sees fit. General "Shade", for example, wears a conical hat of steel with these Rugs forming a veil around it. Assassins get two actual fabric rugs of black colour for ranking up to Elite Assassins, Medics get white fabric rugs with a red cross on it for every soldier saved from death, Engineers get a rug from flexible polymer wire for every vehicle built or repaired from not functioning state, including combat spaceships. Glitchers are given custom visual overlays, filters and amplified vision sets to improve fighting experience.

Offworld has discovered a bunch of giant space worms, one of which proclaims to be the god of Offworld and their predecessors that managed to get looped in time and avoid actual humanity. The worm calls itself Astrum Deus, and is followed by six copies of itself, one holding six orbs around its head. These worms are exact copies of Astrum, but noticeably smaller. Deus proclaimed that it will not assist Offworld in military errands, as it is not only above mortal fights, but also lacks combat abilities, relying on hiding the Six Worms, each of whom gives a part of their very existence to make Deus literally invincible.
"Mortals, listen, for I will not repeat myself. As the god of your foolish predecessors and now you, I shall control your actions to make you as infallible as the predecessors, and without the side effects they experienced. Military problems will be yours to solve, however, once I recover from the time-space jump, it is possible that I may stand up if harm comes to you. Knowledge comes at a price, so consider your leader Auxiy, more commonly known as N, nobody, especially not a saint. Nobody by my measures, if you excuse me."
"The Predecessors were a secret cult, a strain of humanity that burrowed underground and hid for centuries. At the year 2052, a scientist has created a time machine with my assistance. Of course, mortal and godly technologies do not merge, and the strain was stuck between the years 1852-2052 as a result. As there were no significant wars in that period that could cause any harm to the people so far from any life, they eventually interjected the flights of NASA, a primitive space agency, and flew away. They built a station on Mars, and after uneventful thousands of years, created two exoplanets suitable for living in a far corner of the galaxy, with a few scouting ships to test the planets and their fauna. The very first ship has crashed near the bigger planet because of a solar flash, and the predecessors ultimately abandoned the planets. There were just six survivors, and as you may already understand, I was stuck in the loop as well, protecting the predecessors. Loop 254 changed it all. Nuclear weaponry was made, and they had a contest of "who blows up the sun first" after immeasurable amounts of consumed alcohol by the leaders of two opposing branches of the predecessors. Even if they do manage to blow up the sun, this true universe where we currently are, is safe for reasons obvious to even the stupidest mortals. Why am I here, you might ask. And I might tell: an explosion of the sun is simply unpredictable. All organics are so, and especially intoxicated organics with nuclear explosives. The explosion will not kill me or the Six, and I will refrain from calling them by their true name. No god will accept to be laughed at by mortals."
"However that is, none of you need to preach to me, or any other foolish actions that may please gods. A mention is simply distracting and annoying. Let me simplify: you live in your house or wherever you live. A small space worm, the size of your finger, flies at your window and not only blocks clear view, but also moves to form letters of sentences that describe qualities you could only dream of. Pitiful and worthless. Those that devote their energies to me, you commonly call them Spirits of the Seventh, know exactly what they need to do, for they are blessed with a small part of me myself. I hope that is enough for you, mortals, and I'm afraid I can't be bothered to babble with you any more. Six, we are leaving."
A person, a Spirit of the Seventh, ran to the Residence and reported that Astrum effectively has a partial hivemind, causing the Spirits to obey its orders once they appear. After that, the Spirit died from a now-known heart failure.

Offworld has these combat-related blueprints and items in their arsenal.
Photonium Gun: a handheld weapon which uses a special radioactive alloy to create stacked light, a predecessor of hardlight, and launch that pile of light. Deals heavy damage to non-reflective surfaces, almost no damage to Offworld Hardlight or metal armor.
Parafocuser: a Photonium Gun with a parabolical barrel to reduce expenses on condensing light in one particular form and instead emitting it in the focus of a parabolical barrel, causing most, if not all, light to reflect in one certain direction. Bulky.
Offworld Hardlight: a special form of hardlight that is projected by a special device through a special lens, directly converting electrons into photons and messing with them, causing them to form a structure very similar to crystalline, forming hard light. Hardlight dissipates into ordinary light after travelling up to 20 meters relative to the projector. 'Hardlight flashbangs' are considered. First hardlight made was so solid that it had a temperature of the absolute zero, modern hardlight is more unstable but maintains room temperature.
Hardlight Gun: thanks to the magnetic properties of Offworld Hardlight, a railgun of a sort that uses hardlight shells is made. While railguns are not as accurate as coilguns, they are much more energy-efficient and do not require carrying a backpack with a few plasma batteries from a ship's reactor. Thanks to hardlight having little to no mass, it is accelerated to near-light speeds in a railgun, tearing through almost anything out of matter. Effective up to 20 meters range.
Hardlight Armor: armor using a few projectors and hardlight as actual armor. Hardlight is nearly indestructible, but any change in its position relative to the projector makes the hardlight dissipate. As so, the projectors of HL armor are constantly projecting light in the shape of armor, nullifying any incoming force and eating energy with each hit absorbed. Protection Spheres were made: these are large projectors that make a sphere-shaped hardlight shield that encases the user whole, but quickly runs out of energy under prolonged damaging. Interestingly, poking hardlight with a long stick with your finger deals as much damage to it as a shot from an average firearm, and the projector consumes roughly the same amount of energy. Hardlight is very easily crushed by a strong sonic wave, an explosion or prolonged gunfire or heating, with explosions and sound eating almost all energy reserves of standard issue Glitcher HL armor. Needless to say, HL armor is very effective in space.
Nukes: self-explatanory.
Hovertanks: large tanks that use antigravity devices to hover above ground or in space. Capable of fighting infantry.
Hardlight Fabric: some projectors can be modified to project hardlight in a liquid-like state. Interestingly, it also becomes a non-newtonian liquid, and thanks to having no mass, floats in the air. Not much practical use besides art was introduced. Glitcher Unit 40 "Weaver" carries two hardlight weavers with AI chips, making sentient "allies" out of thin air with their behaviour determined by the shape weaved. Unlike other hardlight, weaved HL shatters into shrapnel when introduced to an explosion, potentially harming anyone on the other side of the hardlight.

The Offworld has been noticed to use two actual different languages, and two types to write one. The language is called "Offworld Type". It consists of weapon-like syllables and various abstract vowels placed together in a string. Traditional Type is mostly ancient Engish with a few hundred words that were developed before Offworld got access to outer space and FTL drives. TOT is different in that it uses a transcription of the actual word, each letter representing a single sound. It is used inside Offworld, usually in formal letters, messages, signs, and so on. Ordinary Offworld Type is just Intergalactic English written using Offworld letters without any changes made.
