I know that boarding ships is already planned, but I'm not sure how it was planned to be implemented. One way that I thought would be cool would be a sort of harpoon-like weapon that hooks into the enemy ship, and then crew can move across the cable between ships. I'd think the best way for this to work is for the cable to have to hit a corridor or room for the crew to be able to get in, so that you would have to weaken the enemy first.
