Okay, I think you're very likely on 64-bit Windows. Please try downloading these two files...

FreeImage64.dll
nvtt64.dll

And replace the existing files of the same name in your Cosmoteer directory (by default C:\Program Files\Cosmoteer) with the above downloaded files.

UnintensifiedFailure To replace the files Walt mentioned right click on the link and select "save link as.." (or "save target as...") then go to "C:\Program Files\Cosmoteer" in the "save as" window and save the files there. This will replace the files that are already there which have the same name.

Note: Walt is the game developer so if there is anyone that can fix this it is him.

(Also, don't make duplicate error posts.)

UnintensifiedFailure You will probably need to wait to see if Walt has something else you can try but he is probably busy working on other things, such as making the game. So don't expect him to respond immediately.

This is unfortunately not a problem I can easily solve without being able to actually sit down at your computer and figure out what's wrong. I'm hoping that the next update will fix it, but I'm not sure about that.

Walt Well...That's not great. But, thanks anyways. I really want to play this game, so if there's anything you can do please help.
