Alfraks The basic description of the crew morale of a Cult ship would be "hungry", as the Cultbeasts are controlling what they use as Crew via a kind of mindcontrol, projecting it´s thoughts onto them, it also results in the crew only being fed when the beast is being fed. SO when the beast sees an enemy, the first thought is "food", while the crew is like "Man, I´m hungry.". That´s why they run so fast.
