I've downloaded the 0.13.5 installer, but when I try to run it -- either as a regular user, or as an administrator -- on Windows 10, I get an error "Product configuration is missing!"
Any ideas?
Solved: turns out the download was corrupt (incomplete). Re-downloaded and everything was fine.
