ShakeshaBererund ((PHYSICALLY invulnerable, but tactically inept. 1/3 of the DC are about thinking ahead. And since Gateway One is not moving at relativistic speeds (in fact it is standing still charging an experimental FTL drive), all 3 classes of the DC are able to assist in any way. With that said...))

[September-Rising] "AN ALPHA-GRADE STASIS FIELD. OF COURSE..."
[Golden-Lampshade] "Query = Processing_Power(Gateway_One) >= Manipulation.of StasisField(Grade:A)?"
[Constable-Unknown] "If you are asking to displace the stasis field, yes, the Starbase has enough spatial
connections and processing power to do that, however it will cause major instabilities in the space-time
fabric of this universe. This is not an effective tactic."
[Golden-Lampshade] "Current Tactic != Displacement of StasisField"
[September-Rising] "I BELIEVE I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE THINKING, TRADER-CLASS."
[Golden-Lampshade] "Addendum = requires reallocation of power granted by PRIME."
[Constable-Unknown] "I can see to that as well. What is your plan?"
A second stasis field much like the ones the EL used are placed outside of the first stasis field. It is extremely hard to tell that they are actually two stasis fields because the second one was concentrically placed with a radius of 10 Planck units away from the first. The Kamikaze scouts retreat into the white portal, which then closes.
((The DC /usually/ use weaker stasis fields because maintaining Stasis fields like the EL are doing costs them a lot of processing power. Granted, the starbase's processing power is amplified by Prime's gift of energy that was recently given, but in an unbiased contest of attrition, EL Stasis fields will outlast DC Stasis fields of the same type by a landslide. So this remains the EL's specialty.))
