This did not cause a crash, but at 1x speed, in a completely new game (No ships) The sound is sort of like static.. I don't know the cause..
My best guess is an issue with your sound card or drivers, since no one else has been complaining about this problem. Any chance you can record what is sounds like?
Walt I have no way to record, But.. Basically a radio that has lots of static..thats what I hear. If it IS my sound card or drivers... How can I fix it?
This problem usually happens with ABH due to the game having to use lots of ram which causes the game to have small cuts. It is a common problem but not that many report about it due to it being a minor thing.
As Angry_Man said the static clicking/popping/whathaveyou noise gets noticeably worse when you have larger mods like ABH or/and Starwars. Disabling them improves things noticably
