She finds his story as "despicable, but ripe and juicy of knowledge" and decides to contact him to attempt replicating anger issues in lab conditions and releasing a deadly warrior (This practice does exist IRL, rats were forced to fight each other, then the winning rat was put in a few more competitions, and after 4-5 it became a murderous berserk)
