nathank21 I know! But for now, I need to hold off. I'm also not really a fan of modding, and I'm sure I don't have enough data to support them. In the meantime, These Vanilla TIEs should make the cut!

Sombreroman they are really good, ive tried them out myself and they handle good and theyre not too weal but not strong

nathank21 But, I made the TIEs to their realism: They're weak, but mass-produced. They have expert maneuverability, also like real TIEs, and finally, they're the most protected from the sides, but even then that guard isn't in any way perfect. 😉

Sombreroman that's how you want them, people are making them have the best shields and armour which really isn't the case for most ties but honestly with more work and more types these ties would be perfect

nathank21 I gave the Phantom Shields Simply because they are naturally hard to hit. Otherwise, the shields fit into the TIE's Designs.

Sombreroman if you could use mods bubble shields would help a lot and the mod aint that big tbf

Sombreroman The TIE fighters are very much glass cannons. They can do serious damage to anything in sight, but also seem to break if you so much as breath on them.

jbox1 yeah that's what tie fighters are meant to be like which is great cause that's how theyre supposed to be and you don't see many properly made ties these days

nathank21 Hmm, mabey I should make a mod for TIE fighter parts, which are basically lightweight, cheap weapons and blocks with the health of a structure block (I know the Starwars: Cosmos Divided mod has them, but they’re not “TIE” enough)

jbox1 yeah that's a really good idea cause it feels tie fighters are strong and fast yet weak like theyre supposed to but you cant get the swarms and swarms like its meant to be ause you cant make a small functioning tie fighter
