The demands are as follows:
The GSR gets 25% of all credits made from the Empire for 10 years.
The GSR liberates GoCo, and is re-founded with more defences.
The Voidborn get 15% of any part of the Empire they choose.
The Voidborn get 25% discounts for buying at GoCo.
The Tau Fed. gets 100k credits, and a 15% discount for buying at GoCo.
G4l4xy's faction (no idea what it is) gets 100k credits, 10% of any piece of Empire space, and a 15% discount for buying at GoCo

If I forgot anyone please tell me, and tell me if you agree with this peace deal...

We have found the terms weren't strict enough, the Empire is now a protectorate of the GSR, and if anyone attacks them must deal with me and my allies, but in return, must obey us until we release them, which will hopefully be soon.
