these are the few dragons who are at war with the dragon island militia. the rebel dragons feel that dragons are meant to be free and not follow rules or anything. they never ally with the dragon island militia or an ally to the dragon island militia. they choose chaos, and will do anything to go against the dragon island militia.
their leader is Duke Releguise, a figure wreathed in shadow.
