A single Offworld Scout detects traces of FTL. It immediately transmits a warning to the Residence and attempts to jump away at the planet's docking station. N receives the alarm and furiously punches a red button on his console.
"A-F'ING-LERT! I REPEAT, ALERT! INTRUDER ALERT!" N immediately sets off a global warning to all citizens of planet 1 and advises to flock to planet 2's numerous caves. After that, he leaves the already drunken party behind, only grabbing his assistant and escaping in a Pod identical to any other civilian's.

N looks like he has lived in a prison for a few years without proper food. Well, isn't this nice. Next time, warn us. I really have nothing to say at this moment. Except for one thing. Head to planet 2 (I'll come up with a proper name sometime.) and celebrate the party disguised as an alarm. All for my cost, I can afford a party for 4 billion people after all. I am still a terrible leader. See you somewhere on 2.

thebuilder As the ships come, the party comes to an end. The Emperor of UEE is safe but drunken. Apparently, Offworlders are polite even when drunk and didn't steal anything from UEE flagship. N didn't appear in the party, he is asking about the intentions of the newly arrived ships.
