Game counts Huge Ships as non compatable

I tried renabling it but it does not change the size of the build box and counts all my large ships as illegal. Any Ideas of what is happening?

A few possibilities:

The Huge Ships mod isn't actually turned on.
You're running the game in "No Mods" mode.
You're using another mod that also changes the build grid.
