This is the Gelterran Confederacy Faction Mod (a work in progress but no promises)

It adds a new Faction (or "Ship Class") as well as 14 new parts for general usage.

Jesus3747 Yeah, sorry for the wait, If I wasn't busy, I was tripping on errors or finding sprite issues I had to fix. Hopefully when I update this il have more weapons to add. Feel kinda bad only having 2 new weapons atm. Hopefully the engines and shields will make up for it.

Oh and lemme know what you guys think of the "invisible" shields. I'm not sure if they show up well enough when hit or if people will like them as much as the current visible shield types. I mean I like em, but just wondering how others feel about em.

              GunsForGuns Alright, Iv updated the mod, hopefully the issue you had has been corrected.

              IronCross42 I do want to add a fourth engine in the future but the Ion Engines are actually stronger then standard ones. The 2x2 (big) version is 625 vs the vanilia version's 500. Its not huge but it adds up.

                            Coldarray They (the shields) look better because they don't interfere with the ship's cosmetics.

                              Is it normal that i can buy only the startership? I get an error message with the other designs

                                Andariel89 In bounty hunter yeah, some of the designs are Gelterran (ship class) and atm you can only use terran designs in bounty hunter. The starter ship is of course a terran ship that uses both terran and gelterran parts.

                                You can of course play around with Gelterran class ships in creative and hopefully in multiplayer too. Half the reason I made the ship class as a side note is to have recolored versions of the standard parts that worked with Ion batteries instead of plasma.

                                Gatekeeper Yeah, that's half the reason I liked em being invisible myself.
