@May_the_Harpy The Rift dimension that the HR made into their little home seems to become discolored, then small cracks began to form. Several Rifts were forced open to dimensions unknown, Assault-Class vessels of all sizes poured out of them. A Half-Complete Assault-Class Starbase could be seen, Fortress Two, perhaps? It hails each and every HR ship that remained.

We and whatever remains of you both realize this is a bold maneuver in of ourselves, however we felt it necessary to do what we did as a warning. If the nanomachines are used any more prolifically than they already are, or you come up with a much worse superweapon that threatens this universe, you will have Prime himself to answer to. Needless to say, the Blood Cult would be the least of your worries in this scenario."

The starbase and ships return to the rifts they came out of, the threatening rifts disappeared and the Rift Dimension returned to normal... for now.
((Note: I am terribly sorry if you YOURSELF feel targeted or threatened by this combined, one-sided interaction with the BC and DC, but we as players never meant to target YOU specifically, we were targeting your FACTION. You make cool ships, but your faction acted... poorly. Zerg and Drak acted as they did for a reason, but I realize my involvement could feel like overkill, and I don't want to seem like a monster to you. I hope this clears things up.
