The Zankaran Republic

After months of consideration, the Zankaran Emperor and the Council voted in favor of making the Empire a Republic, giving rise to the Zankaran Universal Republic. Following the dismantle of the Empire, the Zankaran Senate voted for the Zankaran Attack force to be shut down, remaing only defense forces, however there will still remain a military presence in the Cosmoteer Galaxy, with most if the old Attack Force being directed to there. The Emperor was place in control of Zankaran Forces in the Cosmoteer Galaxy.

Entrance: Home One

The main Gate used by the Zankaran, is now open for visit and trade. Entrace: Home One is a massive Hypergate, with nearly 100 km in diameter(in universe only), built by the Ori hundreds of years ago and upgraded by the Zankaran. It was adapted to cross the universe barrier. It was used as the main Zankaran Gate for years, with almost 1500 ships passing through each day. The station open for visit is Guardian Beta, in Red paint.

Near one of your stations, the scanners pick up a weird distortion. A spacecraft decloaks and quickly cloaks again. But it seems to have run out of power. It decloaks again and this time it stops moving.
It looks like a civilian ship. It sends a message.

We need help ASAP! Our ship seems to have run out of power!
Life support systems critical.
Climate control failing.
Communications systems critical.

When you look close enough, you can see one man waving at you through a window.

The dropship docks with the ship. A team of doctors and security officers enter the ship.

DarkPearl There are 14 crew in the ship. 3 of them are unconcious (probably due to low oxygen)
Most of them are in the crew area. None of them have (visible) weapons on them.

Crewmember 1: "Our captain is unconscious, he is in the control room, but there is barely any oxygen left over there. Please, help him.”

DarkPearl As the Akira class approaches, hundreds of smaller unmanned ships arrive. They all begin to fire plasma cannons, and go back into the void where they came from, leaving no FTL signature. The drone then collapses along with the void in its center. Fortunately, the Akira class survives.

Captain: "What? Who are you?"

The captain quickly looks at one of his crewmates, which quickly shakes his head

Medic: "You were unconscious."
Captain: "Thanks for the help. We were being chased by pirates, and we tried to escape by cloaking. But it cost us too much of our power, which is why we wanted to resupply at the nearest station. Could you tow us there, then we'll gladly pay for any supplies.”
