But with that time the F.I.G. has made proper solutions to situations, such as what will be called the Battle of Scouts.
These "Problem Solving Devices," will add some more tactical variation to the F.I.G.

These will allow the F.I.G. to overcome future threats and establish the F.I.G. as the new #1 galactic faction

Having received no orders to investigate, the scout ignores the strange planet and continues with what it had been doing.
The planet continues drifting through space, and may be discovered by another faction at some point.

With being new to the galaxy not even the most beautiful and extravagant planets cannot be investigated as the galaxy is too big and dangerous to ponder and admire...
