EpicJp21 The situation is tense, both fleets are on the defensive waiting for someone to fire the first shot... but that moment never came. Eventually the "!" sign stopped transmitting and the Subcore of the anomalous fleet turned towards the area where the F.I.G. Outpost is located, then turned to the reinforcement Super Starhawks, then back at the fleets trying to herd them.

RandomCommander The commander calls in 2 hidden squadrons of Y-Scout bombers (3 per squadron) to attack He then orders the fighters to attack while the cruisers support them with fire.
RandomCommander 7 Ships leave HS in between both fleets, facing weapon on the Explorers. They hail the F.I.G.: FIG, we are not allies, your mind over outside tech bother us, but this are the same ships that attack us and the recent contact with the "Real" DC, we decided to aid you.

EpicJp21 Fortunately, the docking port is not too far, and the crewman arrives without any resistance from the parasites. But that's where his luck ends. The Y-Scouts seem to have some parasites leaching their power, 1 per ship.
Tickytickytango He knows if he can't get out he's done for, he straps up and detaches the Y-Scout without closing the vacuum sealed door, speeding towards the hanger of a Super Starhawk.

The Fleets are in position:
Learning from their encounter with one set of rogues, the F.I.G. Are not going to go down so easily with this next set of rogues! Seeing that they are surrounded, the Main fleet moves to defend against every threat. The Beacons even gain reinforcements, 2 Heavy Fighters for each beacon! The Zankarans are also on their way, but this battle has already begun!

EpicJp21 The crewman survives the trip. When checked there is no trace of the parasite on the Y-Scout. The ships open fire, obliterating the station and ending the threat.
The End ...?
The F.I.G. know the importance of their Y-Scout bombers, so they put them behind the Super Y-Scouts as they charge into the main fleet Unfortunately, they discover that these ships have missiles of their own Fortunately, they do very minimal damage... ...and the F.I.G.'s missiles are more numerous They are also more deadly, as they easily tear through a Light Scout. The main fleet has ships with weapons in a 360-degree radius, meaning they can target multiple enemies at once. It proves to be difficult for the Y-Scouts to avoid fire. Meanwhile, the Y-Scouts that went for the Beacons are losing badly - the Heavy Fighter ships are equipped with a sort of Plasma beam weapon which is cutting through the armor like butter. The Super Starhawks move in, hoping to alleviate some of the beating the Y-Scouts are receiving. Soon the Elite Super Starhawks will arrive at the main fleet and deliver a crushing blow to their battleships. Some Enemy Strike Craft stray from their bigger ships in the main fleet... The Elites demonstrate that they too have beam weaponry, and are not afraid to use it. Along with a flurry of missile weaponry. Suddenly, the Zankarans enter the fray... ...But somewhat distant from the fight.

RandomCommander Definitaly doing better than last time, especialy for a vanilla faction.
RandomCommander (Sorry for the late) The Zankaran warships haven't received the news about the "rogues", this led them to open fire on the subcore, if you wish, the subcore can try to convince them about the current status.

Ctrl+Shift+U Hides the UI for screenshot purposes. For taking Screenshots I use Alt+PrtScrn, then paste them to an image editing software (The easiest I found was MS Paint, don't know what to suggest for Macs) Go to paint, press Ctrl+V, it should show up. Save the file, attach it to a post here, and voila!

Advanced Y-Scout A stealthier and deadlier upgrade to the vanilla Y-Scout, used primarily for stealth missions.
