Dumb I don't have rift gates. here is the abilities I allow anguta to use; -create poisonous smoke -turn into smoke -create barriers -summon things from smoke -use his scythe (obviously)

Dumb anguta turns into a thick clowd of poisonous black smoke. the smoke flies into the beast... it begins to choke... later, anguta reappears standing infront of you, scythe raised.
TheSillyFox the Beast recovered almost instantly,clenching Anguta with its jaws at the exact second it materialise and begin to eat the lower portion of the Anguta
Anguta managed to escape the grasp of the Beast and warp away,while the Beast,although still savouring what it just tasted,follow its master’s call and return to its home system

Dumb you can counter it example a space-time stabelizer counters rift gates and that with the god thing it was co design by a god for that task =)
