Jesus3747 One of my earliest factions had the exact same name "Earth Federation", or EFED. It's called a little different now, but I'm still going to have to make a database for her. Do You mind if they have a same names (because my EFED and Your EF exist in different universes)?

Amazing, but in the structure of the fleets, they also have a lot of common. But my EFED has 9 fleets.

The specialists cannot identify the strange creatures, but their anatomy is somewhat similar to your own, enough that the specialists can confidently say that they have no idea why the creatures died. From what they can tell, all of the creatures' bodily processes simply stopped all at once. The times of each creatures' death reveals something even more disturbing: every single one of them died at the exact same time.

The creatures are carbon-based hairless humanoids with tan skin. They have long arms, long fingers, and their eyes are on the ends of tentacles protruding from their heads, similar to a snail. Their bone structure is fairly standard for a humanoid race, though it seems some of them were augmented with metal, likely bone reinforcements. The metal is made of a compound that you have never seen before.

If the creatures did indeed commit suicide together, it was extremely well coordinated, all of the deaths happened in less than a millisecond, and the means by which they did so is unclear.
