Ixornvas projects a psionic bubble around himself, and suddenly all he could see was the psionic bubble. He has completely lost sight of Sokeyr, so he cannot place one around him either.

The chaotic deity frantically searches his own memory. He remembers this feeling... Of course! This is a self-sustaining Psionic space! A very powerful one that envelops the entire dimension-- after all, that's why entities like this "Prime" nicknamed it the dimension of thought! It was also home to the laws of Energy, but the only realistically tangible energy here was psionics. Everything else is just how energy is perceived, through one's own mind.
Ixornvas was thankful it didn't completely block out psionics - it would have ejected him from the dimension. Putting a barrier that prevents psionics would just lock him out of it - this isn't the strongest barrier he can pull up.
