Jenwuf This would be clasified as a “format”, not a rule. My factions use the trending “box format” where by recourses, money, population, ships and bases follow simple rules, and their status is also tracked by their functionallity and existence. If you want, you can of course use your format for your factions, but the idea of forum roleplay is that it can be done to the abilities and willingness of said roleplayer.
