i am trying to make a mod. i am an totaly new to this. will someone help me please.
here is what i want it to do:
Things to add:
1. Cloaking Device ship part (4X4)
2. On/Off button
Rules:
if cloaking device button is switched to on, the cloaking device begins to change up. This proses is the same as the FTL charge up.
once the cloaking device is charged up, the ship cannot be seen, detected, or locked on to with weapons by an enemy ship.
Weapons and shields cannot be used when cloaking device is charged up.
when cloaking device is charged up, the text:
“Cloaking device active”
appears below the name of the ship. No other changes are visible to friendly players or ships.
Like the FTL, cloaking devices have a limited range. If part of a ship is not in range of a cloaking device the ship can be locked on to with weapons and dented with scanners, but not seen. (appears as a red dot).
