The Facts

Star Wars: A Cosmos Divided- Planets Expansion is a planned Expansion Pack for SW: ACD.
It will feature planets from the Star Wars galaxy! It plans to release its first update on December 24th, 2017.

A Diverse Galaxy

When finished, the mod will include 40+ different planets, binary systems, asteroid belts, and update nebula textures!

Note: This mod may drastically decrease performance on lower-end computers.
Recommended Specs: GeForce 9400+, 2GB RAM+ (Not Required, Recommened. Can run on some lower specs.)

So is it purely decoration? Seems like a cool idea to more accurately recreate Star Wars dog fights.

      TacticalGirl Ok. There aren't too many more weapons planned until after the mod's 0.3.0 release, which might end up getting delayed or even mixed in with upcoming features so It might end up being a while. 🙁

                      EmperorSnow Update will be coming soon. I began working on the planets also, so more progress will be done for the upcoming update.

                          ClassicJam Could one of the planets be the death star in its two versions?

                            AnonimusPrime I highly doubt that is possible without further butchering the game’s performance, which is already reduced extremely for lower-end PCs. Of course there will be a lite version releasing eventually with very little drop in performance but less planets. (For Lower-End PCs/Laptops)

                              ClassicJam Yes, I do not think that everyone can have this expansion, but, I thought it would be an interesting detail, now that I remember, the planets rotate in this game, I had forgotten it because I always had it off, I think it would be complicated, but it would be something very special to the battles on a stage with the death star in the background.

                                  AnonimusPrime Yeah, but you'll see what I mean if the already 20+ FPS drop turns to 50+ just to allow for this to happen.

                                    AnonimusPrime Oh and, there is a possibility for 150+ planets in this mod as well. Only 40 promised.
