Post your log file which has all the information found at useraccount/Documents/My Games/Cosmoteer/Logs
The mod.txt should be found like this after extracting the whole Abh mod package My Games/Cosmoteer/Mods/Abh Mod 050/mod.txt The standalone mod.txt I linked was for updating it for Cosmoteer 0.13. You still need the original 0.5.0 package.
