News bulletin for all units: A ship has been sighted. It seems to have the same basic structure as a Model-L, the well known cheapo ship, but also appears to have been completely overhauled.
All attempts at communication have been refused. No sticks were involved.

Signals were picked up on a small moon (not a space station). They cut off though, after a bout of frenzied screaming.
Our peaceful intentions have been communicated (perhaps unsuccessfully) to our opponents.

The alliance is going well. We have supplied technology and they have supplied brute [man]power. Any attempts at war will be frowned upon.
