This post is sort of a record of progression of my ship building and a place to post my random ships
Starfarer was my first ever Cosmoteer ship that I built in Creative to play in Bounty Mode.

Starfarer did quite well, but eventually arrived at ships it couldn't beat, so I went back to creative mode to design my second ship Godlike. It was my first ship to use modules (a section separated from the rest of the ship.) At the time crew really liked making missiles, so separating them was the only way to not bring a small ship to a stand still.

Again after saving up more credits I went back to creative to built Monster, inspired by Cerberus but capable of beating it and any other Vanguard at the time.

I started messing around with modules more, and ended up with a standard cannon (which use to be the best weapon) and elctrobolt module that I liked. With those I built my first broadsider Erasmus.

There was a thread about Cerberus and I wanted to build something that cost less but was still capable of defeating it. Exodia was the result. It used the same standard cannon module as Erasmus but front facing, I was really pleased with how this ship turned out.

I had a really fun ship building contest with dieaready, we were trying the build the best splitting ship (made of multiple ships attached together), this led to the creation of two ships, the first was Blue Horizon that used reactors to automatically separate the ships.

dieaready countered with a better splitter, so I had to make something new. I worked on a new module I called the Zenith Industries RDY2GO module. I used that module to make Pakemons, the splitter I made had five of them.

I wanted to make a ship just for looks and made the Escape Velocity ship Kestrel, in the game it has a Lighting Bay with two Lightning fighters. This is still my favorite ship from everything I've made so far.

I played around with a few gimmick ideas like my puzzle ship. The goal is to split them before the power runs out.

The puzzle ship led on to making the link module which I used for my snake ship, clojelo made an awesome robot ship. This version of my snake ships uses my updated link module.

Walt kindly added self destructing parts in one of the updates, which meant we could start making carriers that could launch and rebuild ships using ship repair. My first wasn't great, but was more a proof of concept.

I made a super carrier, the could launch a range of different ships to show what could be done.

I saw videos of rotating stations in Kerbal Space program and realized by having separated captured ships I could do the same in Cosmosteer, which led to the creation of Tranquility. You have get the four separated ships to move towards the middle to make it rotate.

There was a major balance change of weapons, standard cannons were nerfed and missiles got a huge buff, they are IMO still too powerful, a small missile kiter that I quickly built was able to defeat Cerberus AI vs AI and still can even after the PD buff.

Mc2 created some great ships, and inspired me to build new modules including an engine module that I was finally happy with. The ship below is designed for version 13r2.

Tickytickytango started an event for large 12.12 ships which lead to one of my most recent ships.
