Story
Long ago, an extremely advanced intergalactic civilization with unfathomable power held power over much of the known universe. If they had existed longer, they would have conquered everything. How did they become so organized? They had a hive mind, which allowed for extremely systematic attacks. But everything changed when the Overmind of the civilization was destroyed, sending the entire government into anarchy. The few survivors of this event have re-emerged out of stasis, and are gaining strength quickly, as they are rediscovering their technology at a very quick pace. If they are allowed to persist, they may finish what they started ages ago.
Overmind: The massive computer that incorporated all the technology of the ancient civilization, and was the source of the hive mind. Without it, the people went crazy.
Mixed: Using all three types of ammo. Associated with Overmind ships.
Tier One



The Defender is a small, (obviously) defense ship, with three variations.

The Spirit is the amalgamation of three defenders plus additional matter. Their combined intelligence created the first step towards an Overmind.
Tier Two

The Bronze Fighter is a slow, devastating fighter.

The Ice Fighter is a medium speed fighter meant for constant firing with quick reloads.

The Water Fighter is a fast, powerful fighter meant in-and-out engagements.
Tier 3

The Bronze Carrier (aka Wrench {to common people}) is essentially a fleet. It carries 26 small ships with large Bronze cannons. The carrier itself is almost unarmed, and has little armour.

Even though the Ice Carrier only has two ships, it and the ships are more heavily armoured than the Bronze Carrier. The carrier itself has shields as well.

The Water Carrier (aka Hammerhead {to common people}) is the hardest hitter of the three carriers. the attached ships are the most armed, and the front and back of the carrier are lined with large Water cannons as well.
Tier 4

The Bronze Hauler is meant to be a multi-purpose ship. Once the cargo is delivered, it functions as a fighter.

The Ice Hauler was created to deliver high priority cargo at high speeds with maximum security.

The Water Hauler distributes and delivers rations and small amounts of ammunition.
Tier 5

The Heavy Bronze Fighter is meant to push through enemy lines with constant firepower.

The Heavy Ice Fighter is used to fly by groups of enemies and spread out the damage.

An upgraded version of the Water Fighter, this ship is usually turned for broadside fights.

The Phantom functioned as a flagship for small fleets, but now it serves as a mixed fighter with an escape pod. It is the next step to an Overmind.
Tier 6

The Keeper is a mix between a carrier and a hauler, and is usually at the front of a cargo envoy.
Tier 7

The Galactic Trade Center is more of a station than a ship. It has a constant revenue of cargo, and has a small hangar. Any who wish to do trade with the Returned or other factions may do so here.
Tier 8

The Overmind. The Pinnacle of technology. All of our ships' intelligence is controlled by this. It has no need for thrusters, and is always guarded by Tier 5 or higher ships. If needed, it can warp the entire fleet to its aid. However, this is only a prototype.
