Mission 2: CIS Remnants attack on imperial outpost

SET YOURSELF TO PLAYER 1

3 years after the clone wars:
You are in charge of a small imperial outpost, its a normal day in your life when suddenly Forces of the Separatist Holdouts jump into your sector and start firing on your ships.

You Imedially contact Grand moth Tarkin and he sends 1 Arquitans II class and 2 Nebulon-B classes as reinforcements.

Your mission: Destroy the MUNIFICENT CLASS ARMED TRANSPORT

Secondary objective: Destroy ALL ENEMIE FORCES

When you ask Tarkin why the destruction of the transport ship has highest priority, he answers with:

"Commander, it does not matter why, just follow your orders, Grand Admiral Thrawn will be pleased by the Destruction."

Surprised by the sudden attack the Bayonets withdrew and united for a raid attack on the first destroyer (lower left) leaving it dead in space. Outmaneuvering the second destroyer they ganged up on the Techno cruisers (upper left) leaving them dead in space also.

While going around the enemy fleet the reinforcement fleet warped out and flanked the second destroyer sending it fleeing. The fleet proceeded to destroy the escorts. The second enemy destroyer turned around to engage the Bayonets but quickly lost weapons.

In the end the outcome was close. The Bayonets lost their fighting capabilities but still fly worthy. The Nebulons lost half their fighting strength and the Arquitans II remained mostly intact.

Im planning on making 1 of these posts every day (when i have time to), do you think thats a good idea?

I think it certainly will get more people signing on the game & community and more members to get involved or become more active. So yes it's a good idea.
It's probably more trouble on your side to have to create or coming up with missions.

maybe when i actually get Aldair going i can make some scenarios involving the fleet the story will follow

GhostTaker I mean people who play board games like Battletech. These people play a game with it and make record on which they write a story later on. This was also done for a few TV and anime shows, too. It's gives a semi realistic story as opposed to completely thought out in the minds of the writers.
