(Bouldron transmission)
Hello Protectors. We are the Bouldron a mining faction. We wish to ally with you. Your ships are powerful and we admire your values. If you accept, we will send you resources to build more ships so you can help more people, and we will help protect you if it is ever needed. May the force be with you, may the odds be ever in your favor, and live long and prosper.
Commander Chip of the Bouldron

Oh, an alliance, I'll connect you to Lord Marcus then.
The image of the man with which you are currently speaking is replaced by that of a much more intimidating figure with black hair, and black clothes, as well as a goatee. He wears an eye-patch on his left eye, where a grisly scar can be seen extending beyond the patch's coverage.
Well met, Bouldrons,
The man has a rough voice
I am Lord Daniel Marcus, leader of the Protectors of Innocence.
Commander Johnson tells me you wish to be an ally of the Protectors.
But are you willing to defend the weak and bring justice to those who would exploit them, no matter the cost to yourselves?
Are you calling because you want to help protect others, or do you want an alliance simply because you want our protection?

We seek to help others in any way we can. We have been in a rough situation before and want to help others get through times like those. In this world of so many evil factions out to get each other, it is good to find those that exist for good. We should band together for the greater good. We are also trying to gain many allies because we may need help protecting ourselves and others from a great evil that is out to get everyone. The Supreme Vrixian Empire. The more data we gather from them the more we realize what a threat they are and their true intentions, destroying all life in the universe.

Very well then. We accept your offer for an alliance. Perhaps together we can restore peace to the cosmos.

Attention all allies of the Protectors. The Moira threatens innocent life in over 13 galaxies. They cannot be allowed to use their Tsar Bombas. We are going to mount a preemptive attack. If you truly do wish to help others, join us.

We Moirans never attacked, merely said get out or due to our laws we will be forced to fire upon you. We do not mind that we are on your list of enemies, however it is for the wrong reason. Update your computations, silly organic lifeform...

Tickytickytango Good, good, more silly mortals to easily annihilate. This shall be fun...
Tickytickytango You silly mortals think that one fleet will stop our numberless? I find your sense of "humor" quite enjoyable. It would be a shame if you were all, say, assimilated, wouldn't it...
Tickytickytango I sometimes like to read this ina GLADOS impression
Isn't this just so much fun? Humans thinking they can help each other when they clearly have a tough time defending themselves is quite enjoyable!

When so many lives are at stake, the Protectors cannot afford to assume that a faction that hates biological life forms will not use their weapons of mass destruction, especially when that faction has acquired target lock and is laughing maniacally. The attack is a preemptive strike, meaning that the purpose is to eliminate a threat before countless people die. You had a chance to peacefully resolve the matter. Instead you threatened us. How else would we have reacted?

You clearly need to update your dictionary.
Here:

Tickytickytango When did we threaten you? You should know that we Moira effectively never die. Not to mention, you also could. In talks with other groups of humans, an offer was made. We open a wormhole so that all humans can go through and not disturb the delicate balance of life, while all other organic lifeforms continue on as they should. Humans have destroyed countless planets for the thirst of resources and we Moira do not stand by that. They turned down our offer so we do what we have calculated is the correct option. And yours isn't.
Tickytickytango updated! "selfish destroyer" added to vocabulary of all human lifeforms.
The dictionary update contained a horrible computer virus.
