So, if you have seen my previous post, this story is my vision of what happens after the events of star control 2 (this is not canon to SC3) so, without further ado, here is the timeline
Part 1/?
=2159=
The Sa-Matra is destroyed, the Ur-Quan split into many factions, with the Kzer-Za breaking into two factions, the Pzar-Za and Kzen-Ah, the former still follow the path of now and forever, though in significantly smaller numbers.
The Terrans (earthlings) home planet of Sol-3 (also referred to as Terra) is released from its slave shield, the rest of the slave shielded races in our quadrant follow suite, the spathi however have somehow managed to not only create a slave shield around their space (to clarify, they have created a slave shield that completely encapsulates their space), but have designed their ships to be able to penetrate the shield.
The Druuge dominion is formed. (to clarify further, i forgot it was the crimson corporation while naming their space on the map, chalk it up to my stupidity)
The first Terran Paragon class ship (the Paragon) is constructed, more ships of its class are planned to be constructed.
The Chmmr start expanding their sphere of influence
=2160=
The Paragon is heavily damaged in combat with the nearby druuge dominion, tensions rise as war begins to stir between the two infant superpowers (as you will see in the map)
The Alliance Space Fleet is formed, all Alliance fleet vessels are required to have the AFSV Prefix
The AFSV Beacon is finished, it is the second Paragon class ship in the fleet, the construction of its escort fleet is underway, EST time to completion 6 Months
The Terran ships Guardian, Mantle and Defiant are completed
The Umgah claim space owned by the Arilou, the Quasi-Space Conflict ensues
The AFSV Atlas is completed, its support ships having been reassigned from the fourth and fifth fleets

=2161=
The Druuge Dominion attempt to occupy the Alliance colony of Eden, the Fight for Eden Begins
The AFSV Haven is completed, it has been decided that it will be assigned to defend Sol-3
The Druuge take over the Alliance colony of Eden, the Alliance regains the colony with the 3rd, 4th and 5th fleets suffering heavy losses, the AFSV Beacon is destroyed alongside with its escort fleet
The Kohr-Ah reveal themselves again after nearly 3 years of hiding, they announce the end of the Kzen-Ah and Pzar-Za, the Ur-Quan Civil War begins
=2162=
The Alliance sends 35 colony ships of many different species to the Crateris Constellation to establish the Frontier colonies, the estimated trip is expected to take 8 months (this is because colony ships are really slow)
The Colony fleet is attacked by a mycon fleet, 6 Terran cruisers (not Paragons) are destroyed, and 1 colony ship loses an engine, this slows down the fleet, estimated trip length is now 10 months
The Druuge Dominion retakes Eden after intense fighting, the 3rd and 5th fleets are completely destroyed, the 4th fleet has suffered heavy losses forcing the retreat of Alliance ships from Eden. the Fight for Eden Ends and the Alliance-Druuge Conflict begins

The Colony fleet heading to the Crateris Constellation reaches their destination and begins colonizing
The Alliance, in order to assist in the war effort, order the construction of 5 Paragon cruisers and 50 Light Cruisers (SC2 earthling cruisers upgraded with ion-bolt guns) expected completion is late 2164
The Alliance regains control of Eden after a massive brawl with the druuge dominion resulting in the loss of the 4th fleet, fighting has now spilled out into the surrounding space, the Contested Zone forms
FIrst Contact with the Kel-Vereezy happens, the resulting trade assists in the war effort and increases morale across Alliance Space
=2164=
The Alliance spreads into VUX Space, the VUX Annexation Conflict Begins
The Alliance annexes the VUX, the VUX Annexation Conflict Ends
A VUX splinter faction leaves Alliance space to form their own VUX Empire, the VUX Remnant Forms
The Umgah "Proud Warriors" Declare war on the Alliance, after learning that the Captain is the Captain of the Mark II, The Alliance Flagship, the Umgah-Alliance Conflict Ensues
The Alliance ordered Fleet of 5 Paragon Cruisers and 50 Light Cruisers is completed
The Alliance begins the construction of the Aldair Fleet, this is the first fully joint fleet, and so it contains vessels from many different species, the AFSV Ikarus is assigned as the Fleets Flagship, with the Tzz-Kzzer-Kzz Being assigned as the Fleets secondary Flagship

Trivia: Did you know that many Alliance species' militaries have started to use a hyperspace jump system, this allows for faster travel between systems, the only problem is that you need precise coordinates for jumps, though some ships, like the Erloise have made quick emergency jumps.
So the fleet is assembled, also to clear up any potential confusion, the primary and secondary flagship thing is to get an Edon into the fleet, the Ikarus will contain the Fleet Admiral, and the whole "first joint fleet thing" is cause most fleets, while ordered around by the Alliance High Command, are more or less just one species, this is the first fleet that is completely mixed.
I also find it hilarious that the VUX barely put up a fight, this makes sense, the Alliance controls the most space out of any other power, the only ones who even come close are the Supox-Utwig alliance, and even then its close

=2165=
The Aldair Fleet is now 12 ships strong, being a combination of ships like the Tzar-Za, the Tobermoon II (electric boogaloo) among a few others (the real reason this fleet is so small is so my computer doesn't melt while running it)
The AFSV Lotus is constructed, this is the first terran Scimitar class Light Cruiser it features 5 forward ion bolt pulse guns (smaller version of an ion bolt gun) and 4 Mk-VI Hyperpulse modules, these improve on the Mk-V FTL System by creating a tighter warp field around the ship, thus allowing for faster hyperspace travel, the problem with this is the difficulty in maintaining this incredibly tight warp field, hence most ships will carry multiple modules, so that when one module's field destabilizes and has to shut down, another module will take over the job of maintaining a field.
An alliance research team uncovers an unknown artifact, its current use is unknown, estimated time until use is figured out is somewhere between 10-13 months
The Kohr-Ah attacks the colony of Alpha Crateris, this prompts a counter-attack by the colony defense force in the form of guerilla strikes at the Kohr-Ah base used to send the ships involved in the attack, the resulting destruction from the attacks is the deaths of 135 colonial militia crew members with the destruction of 3 militia ships, the casualties on the Kohr-Ah's end is 15 undocked marauders and their base of operations

ALSO, the much awaited MAP of known space
you can see that space the VUX never even came close to the Alliance in terms of fleet power, the Alliance has about 24,000 ships, and a few hundred fleets, this MASSIVELY outnumbers the VUX, the only reason the Druuge Dominion can fight is their also absurd number of ships.
