Sombreroman Well, the technically most op "electrobolt" would be the abh emp-mine launcher, however, it effects everything in a radius from the impact point, including your own ships, aswell as it doesn´t really do any damage otherwise.
Drakador_Chaos Does ABH have a Regular Electro-Bolt though?
