It was like any other day for The Scavangers, orbiting a planet in Razain territory, but then, all of a sudden a small ship appeared:
Jack looks across to the small ship, which he recognized was a drone, and although he has never seen a faction with it's markings, it looks familiar to a Scavanger battleship. That's right: it had the markings of the lost fleet, a fleet of ships from eons ago which he found on a dead planet. But drones were never seen to be a member of the lost fleet, and such an insignificant craft would not need to be well hidden. But then he remembered saving admiral derek, was he linked to this ship that had appeared?
The motherships defenses would ignore such a small craft, which is how it was capable of getting so close. However, the drone begins to scan the mothership, triggering the weapons as they automatically point towards it. Jack readies himself for the burst of lasers and the explosion of a drone... but it never came. The drone turned off its scanner just before it was in the sights of any weapons, somehow having diverted any danger altogether.
The drone then burst it's engines and flew away, leaving no sign of its arrival aside from a bewildered engineer and a blip on the Radar
