A ship of an unknown faction appears right infront of a the Scavengers Mothership, literally out of nowhere, it looks like an eye and even though it´s just a ship Tim feels like a whole civilization stares down upon him, it seems to have no obvious weaponry active and just floats there out in the open waiting for a kind of reaction...

While Tim and Rust still argue on the bridge Jack was already standing in a spacesuit on the hull of the Mothership, he did have a REALLY long poking stick with him, he did not hestitate and poked the ship with it right away...
then, it was stuck, he tried to pull it back out but it was no use, he let go of the stick for a second to get a better grip, in that second the stick disappeared, absorbed by the hull of the ship that wan´t even 1/3 of the length of the stick...
Jack stood there, staring...

This is Tim with Chain... this thing is literally being reported at every faction... just staring... freaky. We’ve hacked... uhh... asked a few factions for information and they seem to be immune to everything! Missiles, matter, lasers, long pocky sticks... it even seems able to warp time and space itself!
Basicly: it is doing stuff.

It warps time and space? There is a creature in the rift that can do that too, a one and only. The rift is a dangerous place that sucks the life, matter and energy out of anything that goes into it, but the creatures that live inside are immune to the effects. We will have to look into this further. We will bring our ship that can survive the rift. It has dimentional scanners. If you learn anything else tell us.
