Unfortunately, much of our historical records were lost in a war a few decades ago. We will try to recover them. For now, here are some pictures of our home-world:
You receive a series of images depicting the most beautiful rain forest in your data banks. Towering trees the size of skyscrapers are visible in every direction. A dense canopy of gorgeous magenta leaves keep the forest dim, but light enough to easily see. A plethora of plants ranging in color from hot pink to cool indigo are visible in these pictures. A mist just dense enough to add even more beauty to the forest but not so thick that it obscures anything fills the forest and beautiful blue streams run along the ground. The whole thing seems like something out of a fairy tale.
One picture stands out from all the rest, however. The last visual in the series is mainly disturbing, especially considering the contrast from the enchanting images before it. Rather than a vast array of pinks and purples, the only colors in the final photo are gloomy shades of gray. Nothing is growing in this image and what little vegetation there is seems to be completely dead. No streams flow through the area and the mist present is more eerie than enchanting. It's as if an entire section of the planet simply died.
