A small task force of Ironclad soldiers attempts to open the vault. After some trouble they manage to open the vault and enter to collect Arusmus's gift.

the vault is filled with dead monstrosities. Their bodies are too decomposed to find any recognizable traits. Despite this, the gold and silver interior is reminiscent of a throne room. At the end of a long hallway a lone console stands awaiting for someone to simply interact with it.

A being warps into the now abandoned vault. It is wearing a cloak that covers it's entire body with the hood up. The being is wearing reflective helmet with rebreathers under the hood. It calmly walks to the console and interacts with it. Strangely the being is not transported away.

A lone ironclad soldier enters the vault to make sure that they grabbed all of the weapons and sees the thing.

The being stops for a moment and then continues without acknowledging the soldier

the soldier opens fire on the strange man with his rifle.

The being tears a piece of the console off and puts it into its cloak. He then returns fire before warping away quickly.
