Welcome to the Star Wars: ACD Installation Guide.
I understand that new players can be uninformed about installing mods. Before you read this, check out the Official Mod Installation Guide.

Installing Star Wars: ACD

Basic Installation

-Download the mod using the hyperlink in the Main Thread.

-It should appear in your Downloads Folder, if not move it there. Then, open Cosmoteer.

-Open the Mods Menu on the Cosmoteer home page and locate the install button. From there, select the mod.

-It should move to the Mods folder in an unzipped folder. You can usually locate this folder under Documents\My Games\Cosmoteer\Mods, if not move to step 5.

(!) If the steps above failed, you must manually install the mod.*

Manual Installation

-Find a way to unzip the mod folder. You may use WinZip or 7-Zip.

-Manually move the folder to the Mods folder. You can find it under Documents\My Games\Cosmoteer\Mods.

    Is this updated for the latest version? I can't seem to get this to install. Even manually I get an error message about the file not being able to be read.

          im not paying for winzip and 7-zip wont download :C I just want to get a damn mod

          What's the mod compatible with currently? I may get lucky and track down the version I need.

            Sadly, only 1.39 and under. It can be easily upgraded.

              Still Errors for me :C

                  Please update this to 14.3

                    I downloaded the mod but I can't activate it. I got a error meassage. I think that is because I'm playing on the newest version. At what version can I play the mod and how do I get that game version?

                    starwarsexpert The main post or whatever post you downloaded the mod from should have the compatible versions listed somewhere. This post appears to have the latest update and should work fine for the early 0.15 versions, I believe there were a bunch of mod breaking updates in-between tho.
                    On another note, it is frowned upon 'reviving' old threads (this one has been dead for about 2 years by now, even if you're more or less on-topic), so try to keep from doing that in the future.
