Try this out:
Almost 100 tons heavier but a lot faster and manoeuvrable, plus it should not have any chain explosions and now has a usable escape pod inside. Biggest issue with this is that crew likes to travel across to the other side of the ship to load missiles every second or third reload. Sectioning it is possible but will easily go over the cost by a good bit. This design probably would be much better in the 600-800k cost range.
