I have not been able to start the game after trying every idea that you suggested to other people, I do not have a Logs folder or settings.txt as well.
What happens when you try to start the game?
Does it not appear at all, even in task manager?
Have you tried to run the game as an administrator?
Yeah need more info. Do you get an error?
If you don't even get an error, then my first instinct is a bad anti-virus program is silently blocking Cosmoteer. That has happened before.
