as both the draconica empire and republic are allied this was not always the case. long time ago there was only an draconica empire. but the empire was unstable people wanted something different while others wanted to keep it this way. civil war after civil war let to the creation of the Draconica Republic.. after the seperation both sides decided to stay allies and keep our bond together... after all were both Draconicians!
