There are about Ten fleets of them. As a cover, they also have three Crusher classes that are still basically the police version. At major choke points, they'll tell whoever's there that the ships are disabled and the people inside are in custody for a nearby sector. These three will cover in for major fleet meetings, but otherwise about seven will need to play stealthy.
