Just some questions before I do anything:
1. Where did this happen? At earth? somewhere else?
2. Does this all come from some faction? If so, which one?
3. Are there more of your ships close to where this happened?
4. What happened to the dockyard?

TheUnleashedPiraat This happened near the moon, I can't tell you which faction (you have to figure it out I have a big lore thing), yes, there is a small task force (very small), the dockyard is mostly fine but you should probably check that crashed ship.

We send out an investigation party to the crashed ship, they check the hull for possible markings or anything that can give away any kind of relation to a faction or any other group of people, if that was unsuccessful they drag whatever is left of the ship to a safe location and try to startup it's systems (with the appropriate safety measures) to see if it's databases contain anything useful.

The small taskforce is surrounded by a squadron of TAM ships, which are telling you to shut down your weapon systems within 10 seconds, or they will open fire. (They know wheter you have complied or not because they have scanners)

We have specially designed anti-biomaterial plating, designed to be installed in ventilation systems, which I believe you would very much like. As you know, the Junkers had fallen recently, and as much as I am glad to be rid of those pirates, it does seem rather fishy. As such, to be on the safe side, you can use these in your ventilation system to help control airborn desieses, or they can be installed in your water systems or other places which has matter pass over it often. The small task force is effectively taken out, with minimal damage, one of the TA fighters has lost power to it's shields though. They drag the wrecks of the ships toward the same safety zone for further investigation.

At the shipwreck, the investigator buddies stop running, and slowly walk to the exit, since they know in every movie this does not end well. A security team is sent in the ship, with orders to:
- shoot anything that moves that is not the investigator
- NOT SPLIT UP
