Doc 1: The Eldritch Spears are a group of fierce mercenaries and researchers that have dedicated themselves to the annihilation of stellar abominations and the Cult of Vullthume. They are an independent company, consisting of only one massive main fleet and a handful of smaller fleets. They have no interest in politics, this means they pay no head to intergalactic laws, however they are good natured and often go out of they're way to defend star systems and passing fleets from spacial beasts. They can be described as chaotic good. Because of their dealings with eldritch beings and artifacts, some of the crew suffers from an unknown form of madness, because of this both a therapist and psychologist are on board each major ship in the Spear's fleet. While manning ships that were originally found on alien home-worlds, the symptoms of this mania get worse, forcing crews to rotate and man different spacecraft. The Eldritch Spears work towards the ultimate goal of destroying the Elder God Vulthume and its cult-like followers. Here is a list of the spacecraft used in the Spear's operations (from cheapest to the most expensive)

AX1: A small ten man fighter used in scouting and swarm operations. Manufactured by the Spears. Value: 73,200.

AX-V2: A beefed of version of the AX1 with increased fire power and armor. It is common for 2-5 of these fighters to trail behind larger ships to give support if needed. Crew: 16 Value: 87,650.

Krill: A harassing ship designed for dealing pinpoint damage to openings in enemy defenses. Crew:30 Value: 190,500.

Higgs: The schematics for the Higgs were found on an unknown alien planet along with the starship Ark Angel. The Spear's are able to manufacture the Higgs albeit at a slower rate than most other ships. It is an efficient and resilient design, and is the support fighter of choice on the cheaper side of things. Crew: 40 Value: 198,850.

Kub 404: A mass produced design purchased from a large corporation by the Spear's and then modified. The Kub 404 is a support ship designed to take down enemy shields and shoot down enemy missiles with its point defense. Crew: 68 Value: 296,750.

The Dagon Flame: First found severely damaged on the shores of a rouge planet, the Spears have modified the original design with parts from they're own Leach 3O model, and are now able to be manufactured. The Dagon Flame is now a fully functional long range missile assault ship. Crew: 92 Value: 469,000.

Rain Dog: A modified design of the Spear's Hound-0K9 fighter. The Rain Dog is balanced with ample defenses and firepower for its size. Most crew prefer to man the Rain Dog over the original Hound due to it's resilience and the fact that it doesn't blow up all at once. Crew: 104 Value: 472,050.

Hound 0K9: A support fighter designed by the Spear's to dig into the flesh and hauls of enemies. Hound has decent defenses but once one reactor core goes the rest will follow. Crew: 116 Value: 539,900.

Leach 3O: A disgusting craft rarely used in battle. Meant for ramming enemy vessels and tearing a whole into them with it's ion beams. Most of the Spear's members refuse to operate it, since it tends to pop once its shields are breached. Crew: 112 Value: 567,100.

Ark Angel: First found on an alien home-world, the Ark Angel has become a staple of the Spear's fleet. It is very powerful and resilient and can turn the tide of battle if used smartly. Mercs and researchers manning the Ark Angel may start to suffer from mania after prolonged use, because of this the spacecraft is rarely used outside of battle. Crew: 182 Value: 786,300.

The Eldritch Spear: The first craft created by the companies founders. Built to combat hexapod type abominations (as they are the most common). Truly superb in one on one combat against most foes, the Eldritch Spear is a formidable weapon against Vullthume's followers. Crew: 306 Value 1,431,700.

Experimental-Hellfire: An alien ship of unknown origin. Sporting 24 missile launchers the Hellfire can unleash a serious payload to decimate adversaries. However because of its peculiar design the Hellfire is only truly effective when facing off against one foe. The Spears usually deploy this craft when going up against a Thulian Dragon. Crew: 452 Value: 2,214,000.

Hailstorm: The most efficient and tuned weapon in the Eldritch Spear's arsenal. The Hailstorm is a devastating starship that will unleash volley after volley of heavy cannon fire upon its enemies. With both defensive and offensive capabilities it is a force to be reckoned with. Crew: 652 Value: 3,453,400.

Thunderstorm: A beefed up version of Hailstorm with three spear-heads. Once encountered the Elder God Vullthume and engaged the abomination in one on one combat. Neither side prevailed and the Thunderstorm was left with heavy losses. Now fully repaired though it returns as the Spear's second most dreadful weapon. Crew: 1424 Value: 7,404,200.

Superclass Ultra Hurricane: A mothership designed by the Spear's after their loss against Vullthume. A true monster among ships to finally defeat the Elder God. Crew: 2396 Value: 11,646,250.
Doc 2: While exterminating Thulian Shark hatchlings on an arctic world, the Spears came across a giant frozen pyramid. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the pyramid was an alien factory designed to produce spacecraft. As of yet the Spears' scientists have only figured out how to construct two ships types, but they are powerful weapons against abominations and enemy fleets. With enough hangar space to hold dozens of ships, and enough housing for a couple thousand crew, the ice cloaked pyramid was made into a useful base of operations at the edge of the galaxy for the Spears.

Far Stinger: An experimental missile craft meant for frontal assaults and high maneuverability. Painted a "cooler" color to blend in with ice asteroids while hunting Dreg Serpents in the outer galaxy. Crew: 478 Value: 2,606,900.

Typhoon: Typhoon has replaced Hailstorm as the Spears' weapon of choice against all foes. The Typhoon is more powerful, versatile, and cheaper to produce. It's only downfall would be its speed, however while not very fast, the Typhoon can keep the enemy in front of its cannons with quick turning. And being modular in design, this spacecraft can take a beating. Crew: 654 Value: 3,077,200.
Doc 3: Being mostly nomadic in nature with few large bases scattered across the cosmos, the Spears often find themselves in strange environments and come across special oddities. Recently the group of eldritch killing mercs and researchers discovered a massive space station designed as a residential city for civilians. However the entire station was abandoned and lifeless. On board the Spears found five strange ships that seemed to have been used to police the station. Four starship schematics were also recovered, but the fifth was never found.

Nova 00: Small craft that used to be able to function both inside and outside of the massive space station. The Spears have turned it into a swarm/support ship that can be thrown at the enemy with little cost. Crew: 16 Value 87,950.

Broken Star: Heavy old police cruiser with missiles to boot. Fast and powerful with a modular construction. Crew: 652 Value: 2,727,100.

Star Crusher: A massive ship formerly piloted by the chief of police to fend off pirate hoards. The Spear's only know of this because they found the chief's journal, and also because there are many grand paintings depicting these scenes throughout the original ship. The journal was heavily damaged, but it also mentioned civilians disappearing without a trace. Crew: 1080 Value: 4,117,200.

Fallen Angel: A mysterious ship that utilizes heavy cannons and electro-bolts to destroy targets. The schematics to this ship were never found, and unlike with the other ships, the Spears' crew experience a sort of space mania while manning this craft. The symptoms include, minor hallucinations, existential crisis, nightmares, visions of the reaper, spontaneous implosion, and the desire to listen to something called prog rock? Truly mysterious. Crew: 284 Value: 1,326,350.

StratoGump: A peculiar fat ship that not much is known about. It has no name marking its haul so the crew (being both brilliant and insane) decided to call it StratoGump. Crew: 516 Value: 2,156,600
(No ships use any mods except for the Thunderstorm and the Superclass Ultra Hurricane which use the huge ships mod. Hope you liked my little faction here! Although its growing pretty large now that I'm updating it. Followers of Vullthume faction still on the way. Happy hunting.)
