As for micro-management I think the most I can handle is on the scale of Starfleet Command game as a reference. Btw. the original game doesn't work with Windows 10; you gotta buy the newer gold edition.
You know handling power/batteries (power sensors, ECM, ECCM, weapons, shield), charging plasma/faking, prioritize shield section, beaming in/out boarding parties, stealing equipment, firing one or all weapon or firing probe (fake torpedo), deploying mines, using tractors, tactical maneuvering ... any more and I would certainly burn out. I can't do it for long either. For example the Kobayashi Maru mission took nearly an hour for me. I was total exhausted afterwards. (I nearly completed it 3 times successfully. Always down to 1 enemy ship but at the end my ship was too banged up to fire the decisive shot or it was too weak.)
