Alternatively, go to C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Cosmoteer, open settings.txt and find EnabledMods block. Remove some or all items.
You can also open Cosmoteer installation folder, there you'll find folder named Mods. This is where all you mods are stored. Removing or renaming corresponding folders will disable mods.
